BogeyCam Terms of Service

1. The service

BogeyCam lets groups of golfers record short clips during a round and turns them into a shared highlight reel. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the clips you record. By submitting a clip to a round you give BogeyCam permission to store it, stitch it into that round's highlight reel, and show it to the other players in the round. Raw clips are deleted automatically 30 days after a round finishes; highlight reels are kept until the round or your account is deleted.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is illegal, abusive, or that films people who haven't agreed to be filmed. Only film your playing group. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Reporting and blocking

Any player can report a round's content from the reel player, and block another user from their profile or the round lobby. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks these terms is removed.

5. Purchases

Hosting your first round is free. Hosting further rounds requires a one-time unlock purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases are handled and refunded by the relevant store under their policies. Joining rounds is free.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, or via the instructions at /account/deletion. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

7. Liability

BogeyCam is provided as-is. We're not liable for lost content, missed shots, or anything that happens on the course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable law.
